Yoga
Bring your body and mind together as you build three main elements: movement, breathing, and meditation. These classes are perfect for all experience levels. Chair to Floor Yoga is beneficial for those new to yoga or easing back into a practice. I guide everyone through modifications, allowing you to practice at your own comfort level.
Every class is a safe, supportive space. I encourage you to bring water, a yoga mat, and wear something stretchy and comfortable.

Your Instructor: QQuianna'sfitness journey started at a young age, filled with many highs and lows. Her fitness journey began when she was on a competitive swim team. In her senior year of high school, she retired from her athletic career early after breaking her back. While recovering from her injury, she fell in love with Pilates. Later, she graduated with her degree in Exercise and Sports Science and continued to work in the fitness industry for 10 years until having her son by an emergency C-section. Pilates has allowed Quianna to return to fitness after injuries, pregnancy, and surgeries, rebuilding the strength she feared she had lost.
