Mat Pilates 
A form of low-impact exercise performed on a mat that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, balance, posture, and overall body alignment. Mat Pilates can be adapted for different fitness levels and helps improve coordination, muscle tone, and body awareness while supporting overall physical wellness.
