Facility Information

The City of Friendsville is proud to provide the Community Center, renovated in December 2020, located across from City Hall at 105 Homecoming Circle.  

The facility is a 1,115 square-foot brick building. The center includes approximately 875sq ft. event room, 240 sq ft kitchen area, and restroom. The center is available for all activities, such as recreational events, markets, and other gatherings. In addition, the facility is accessible for disabled individuals. Available for use are 10, 6ft tables and 50 folding chairs.


To make a reservation, you must contact City Hall at 865-995-2831 ext. 101 for the availability of the date requested. To view and print the community center policy fees for the use of the community center, please see attached below.


Community Center Hours:  8:00am to 9:00pm


Damage Deposit Fee:  To ensure the date of your event is booked, the Damage Deposit Fee of $100 is due at booking along with the completed paperwork. Payment method either cash or check ONLY.

Rental Price includes Community Room and Kitchen:

  • $40/hour with an $80 minimum charge
  • Half-day building rental = 6 hours (hours must be consecutive): $200.00
  • Full day building rental = 13 hours: $350.00
