Facility Information
The City of Friendsville is proud to provide the Community Center, which was renovated in December 2020 and is located across from City Hall at 105 Homecoming Circle.
The facility is a 1,115-square-foot brick building. It includes an approximately 875-square-foot event room, a 240-square-foot kitchen area, and a restroom. The center is available for all activities and recreational events, such as informational classes and exercise. In addition, the facility is accessible to disabled individuals. Ten 6-foot tables and 50 folding chairs are available for use.

Community Center Hours: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Fees
Damage Deposit Fee: To ensure the date of your event is booked, the $100 Damage Deposit fee is due at booking along with the completed paperwork. Payment methods are cash or check ONLY.
Rental Price includes Community Room and Kitchen:
- $40/hour with an $80 minimum charge
- Half-day building rental = 6 hours (hours must be consecutive): $200.00
- Full day building rental = 13 hours: $350.00
